Servicing the Deodorizer
NOTE: The deodorizer should be replaced every 2 years or when its performance is decreasing.
Remove the deodorizer cartridge assembly by grasping it and gently pulling it out.
Remove the filter from the housing by pushing it through the back side from the vented side.
Insert the replacement filter into the housing.
Reinstall the deodorizer cartridge assembly.

Small Children
The automatic flush and cleansing features are activated by a sensor located under the seat. Small
children may not be tall enough to be detected by the sensor.
General
Symptoms

The toilet has no power.

The toilet does not flush
but has power.

Probable Causes
A. The power is not turned on.
B. The power cord is not
connected.
C. The GFCI or RCD is tripped.
A. There is no water being
supplied to the toilet.
B. The pump connection has not
been made properly.
C. The level switch is not properly
connected.
D. The actuation assembly does not
work.
A. The actuation switch is not
properly connected.

Recommended Action
A. Press the "Power" icon on the side
control panel.
B. Connect the power cord.
C. Reset the GFCI or RCD (if
applicable).
A1. Open the water supply stop all the
way.
A2. The overflow sensor is not
functioning properly.
B. Check the pump connection.
Reconnect properly.
C. Check the level switch connection.
D. Replace the actuation assembly.
A. Check the actuation switch
connection.
