The card has two connectors: a 96-pin backplane connector (connects the card to the
HP-PB backplane) and a 62-pin female frontplane connector (connects the card to
the telecommunications cable.
There are no physical settings to make on the
product takes charge of all protocol controls and data movements according to the
type of cable. This cable is automatically detected.
