Tightening the quick-clamping nut (see
figure A1)
➊ Press the spindle lock button to lock the grinding
spindle.
➋ Fold up the bar on the quick-clamping nut to
tighten it.
➌ Turn the quick-clamping nut firmly clockwise.
➍ Then fold down the bar to secure the quick-clamp-
ing nut. It is not sufficient to tighten the disc
along the edge.
Loosening the quick-clamping nut (see
figure A2)
Quick-clamping nuts with a bar (1) that are properly
secured and not damaged can be loosened by hand.
