Correct operation of the VISULAS 532s is essential for safe use.
You should therefore ensure that you are thoroughly familiar
with the VISULAS 532s user manual before using the
VISULAS 532s.
To operate the VISULAS YAG III in combination with the
VISULAS 532s, the two laser consoles must be connected by a
special cable.
As soon as this cable is connected, the buttons on the YAG III
laser console control panel will be deactivated and combination
mode will be selected.

VISULAS 532s power-up mode

When the instrument is switched on using the key switch on the
VISULAS 532s console (see VISULAS 532s user manual) the start-up
screen is displayed on the control panel (Fig. 27).
The system automatically performs a self-test.
The user interface includes a progress bar, which shows the
progress of the system.
After the self-test has been successfully completed, the system
switches to the Main menu (see VISULAS 532s user manual).
You can switch directly into Diagnosis mode during the system
test.
