multi-meter to measure resistance, if the resistance is
too low, the sensor is short circuited, if the resistance in
certain temperature is not consistent with appendix
table, the sensor is disabled)
PCB is damaged

Voltage of power supply is too high or too low,
the normal voltage between L and N (single
phase), A and N, B and N, C and N (there
phase) should be 198V~252V
