01 - INTRODUCTION

The "RMF3004 Multifunction Receiver" was developed to manage access con-
trol in residential or commercial condominiums operating in the following modes:
TX (remote controls), CTWB (RFID scanners/biometrics), PASSIVE TAG, AC-
TIVE TAG or IO Module (dependent on third party software). It can also work
in joint modes, such as TX+CTWB mode or TX+TP mode, all described in this
manual.

02 - GENERAL FEATURES OF THE RMF3004 RECEIVER

- Operation in conjunction with MG 3000 Module (2010, IP Module or MG 3000
Module);
- 4 independent channels with Wiegand communication (34 and 66 bits);
- 4 independent channels with RS-485 communication;
- 2 RS-232 communication ports;
- 8 independent relay outputs (dry contact) (NO and NC) with adjustable reten-
tion time;
- 16 predefined digital inputs for use with pass-through sensors, open door sen-
sors, external buttons and bypass;
- Compatible with Linear-HCS/Nice products (RFID scanners, biometric scan-
ners and UHF antennas);
- Connects with other receivers to expand the CAN network;
- Sends hitchhike alert and open/breached door via aggregate sensors;
- Uses 12VDC @ 2A power supply (not included).
