- Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or
tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
- If using the appliance outdoors, use a suitable
cord extension.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

Personal safety:

- Keep any possible distractions well away from
you when using the appliance as they may cause
you to lose your concentration. Use common
sense when operating the appliance. Do not use
it when tired or under the effect of drugs, alcohol
or medication. A moment of inattention while
operating this type of appliance may result in
serious personal injury.
- Use safety equipment. Always wear eye
protection. Safety equipment such as dust mask,
non-skid safety shoes, hardhat, or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions will
reduce personal injuries.
- Take the necessary measures to avoid starting
the appliance involuntarily.
- Remove the tool fastening key(s) before starting
