Flat Blade Screwdriver
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
1/16" (1.5mm) and 1/4" (6mm) Drill Bit/Drill
Clean Cloth/Rag
Installation Procedure
NOTE: Turning of the front wheels to the left, or right wil allow
for additional clearance, when installing the Splash Guards.
1a. If vehicle is equipped with stone guards, remove by pulling out
center pins and then part.
1b. If vehicle is not equipped with stone guards use splash guard as a
template mount and drill 1/4" (6 mm) holes in fender panel at
locations A, B, and C. (Refer to Diagram1)
2. Clean and degrease body panel where splashguards are to be
located.
3. Install clips between body panel and liner. Refer to diagram 1,
2 and align holes in clips with body panel holes A, B and C.
4. Position part with tab behind panel and install supplied #10
screws. Tighten screws while holding part firmly against body
panel.
5. Drill a 1/16" center pilot hole in position D and install #8 screw.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
6. Install protective cap over screw end. (Do not drive screw through
end of cap)
7. Repeat procedure for other side.
8. Parts are made of (TPO) Thermo Plastic Olefin and are paintable.

9. Guards can be cleaned with any commercially available cleaner.

Painting Instructions
1. Clean all surfaces with soap and water to remove dust and
finger prints.
2. Sand surface to be painted with 320 grit paper.
3. Spray surface with a flexible primer-bonding material.
4. Apply a flexible paint as directed by the paint manufacturer.
