1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the SHUTTLE knob to scroll to CONTRAST .
3. Press SELECT. "------" is displayed to show the current contrast level.
4. Turn the SHUTTLE knob clockwise to increase the contrast and counter-
clockwise to decrease the contrast.
5. When finished, press SELECT to confirm. If you want to start over, press
EXIT to return to the CONTRAST display and repeat step 3.

This adjustment changes the prompts to be displayed in English, French,
or Spanish. The default is English.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the SHUTTLE knob to scroll to LANGUAGE.
3. Press SELECT.
4. Use the SHUTTLE knob to adjust the language.
5. When finished, press SELECT to confirm. If you want to start over, press
EXIT to return to the LANGUAGE display and repeat step 3.
