There is moisture inside

Clean the sensor.

Chop the ingredients
into 2 cm cubes.

Remove some of the
ingredients from the
jug.
Leave the appliance to
dry for 24 hours. If the
problem persists, contact
the DOMOOVA after-sales
service.
