1) For t his w arrant y t o be ef f ect ive, t he consumer must apply t o any of our SERVIPLUS Service Cent ers
by calling t he t elephone numbers indicat ed in t he direct ory w hich const it ut e part of t his w arrant y and
w here part s, spare part s, consumables and accessories can be obt ained.
2) M abe S.A. de C.V. undert akes t o repair or replace any part of t he product f ound t o be
d ef ect i ve, at t h e h o m e o f t h e cl i en t an d at n o ch ar g e t o t h e cu st o m er f o r l ab o r , sp ar e p ar t s o r
t ransport at ion of t he product . The SERVIPLUS t echnicians are t rained and have t he necessary t ools f or
carrying out t he repairs at home, ensuring t he correct f unct ioning of t he product .
3) When our t echnician f rom SERVIPLUS arrives t o examine t he product , t he product t oget her w it h t he
w arrant y policy duly st amped by t he sales out let f rom w here it w as bought , or an invoice, sales receipt or
ot her proof of purchase should be present ed.
4) The repair t ime shall not exceed 30 days, st art ing f rom t he receipt of t he t elephone call at our
SERVIPLUS Service Cent ers.
5) The w arrant y w ill not be valid in t he f ollow ing cases:
¥ If t he duly signed w arrant y, an invoice, sales receipt or any ot her document t hat proves t he dat e of
purchase of t he product is not present ed.
¥ If t he w arrant y has expired and is not w it hin t he w arrant y period aut horized by t he manuf act urer.
¥ If t he product has been used f or commercial purposes, prof essional services or any ot her use t hat is
not w holly domest ic.
¥ If t he product has been used out side of normal condit ions.
¥ If t he product has not been operat ed in accordance w it h it s English inst ruct ion manual.
¥ If t he product has been modif ied or repaired by unaut horized t echnicians or service cent ers.
¥ Dam ag es t o t h e p ai n t w o r k an d p ar t s co n st i t u t i n g i t s ap p ear an ce w h en t h e p r o d u ct h as b een
exposed t o t he out doors.
¥ Breakage of part s due t o mishandling.
¥ Damages due t o pow er surges caused by short circuit s, accident al overloading of t he pow er cord or
overloading because of elect rical discharge.
¥ Damages caused by t he use of part s t hat are not original.
¥ Damage t o t he product during it s t ransport at ion, w hen said t ransport at ion is undert aken by t he
client .
