Once the setting is done, the device emits a BEEP to acknowledge the message.
If the device emits several BEEPS, this means that the device is at the range limit of the signal emitted by the
remote control. In this case, move closer to the device and direct the remote control towards the infrared cell.
Note :
The ECO setting can be adjusted to -3.5°C in relation to the COMFORT setting by pressing the ± buttons
simultaneously. If this position is not suitable, you can alter the ECO setting from -1°C to -7°C in relation to the
COMFORT setting.
When adjusting the COMFORT setting, the ECO setting is also changed.
2.6 Troubleshooting a communications problem between the device and the remote control
- The user is too far from the device
- The remote control is not pointing towards the device.
- The infrared cell of the remote control or the device is covered.
- The batteries are flat (in this case, the «battery» icon should be on) etc.
Note:
During normal use, the batteries should last for approximately two years (duration obtained using classical quality alkali
batteries).
When the batteries are low, the screen is more difficult to read (reduced screen contrast and shorter communications
distance)

d) If you are happy with the setting (use a thermometer to check if you wish), mark the position once and for all.
Otherwise, modify the setting and return to item c.
Note:
Manual mode is not used to override the programming but instead to adjust the value of the Comfort setting using the
dial.
- There is no point in setting the unit to its maximum, the room temperature will not rise any faster.
- Switch the unit off by putting the cursor or the remote control
- Remember to lower the temperature f you go out for several hours.
If go out for : less than 2 hours, do not touch the controls.

If you have several units in the room, let them all operate at the same time, this will give a more uniform temperature
without increasing electricity consumption.
This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young
children should be supervised to ansure that they do not play with the appliance, lean against the front or
insert objects or paper in it.
Do not totally or partially block the back part of the panel heater, as this may cause overheating.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified person in order
to avoid a hazard (applies to units fitted with a supply cord and plug).
Units fitted with a three core supply cord (brown, blue & black), must be directly connected to fixed wiring
by a licensed electrician.
All work on the interior of the appliance must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
