USE EXTREME FORCE WHEN TIGHTENING THE LEVER IN STEP 12. TEST THE INSTALLATION!
Assemble fork pod; secure wheel tray.
POSITION THE WHEEL TRAY
ONTO YOUR CROSSBARS.
Insert bolt head
into slot in tray.
Reattach the
pod cover.

Assemble the
two halves of the
pod loosely onto
the crossbar.
Insert bolt
threads into
square hole in
bracket.
Attach hex key
and tighten.
SEPARATE THE SKEWER'S SHAFT FROM ITS HANDLE.
Open handle.
Pod cover
must be in
place at all
times for safe
operation of
bike carrier.
SLIDE WHEEL STRAP
INTO TRAY.
Strap may need
to be installed
before bolt and
hex key.
Hold the adjustment knob. Turn handle
clockwise to remove the shaft.
Attach SnapAround.
ROUND
BARS
If you have square bars, see page
4 for SnapAround instructions.
Use the supplied 5mm hex
wrench to tighten the screws.
Tighten until
there is no
longer a gap.
