SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Read all instructions carefully and keep the manual in a safe place for future
reference.
• Do not touch any hot surfaces. Please make sure to only use the handles and
control dials.
• Please ensure that you supervise children when using this appliance.
• Do not allow the power cable to run over worktops of hot surfaces.
• Do not use the appliance if it or the power cable is damaged or if the appliance is
not working properly. Do not try and repair the appliance yourself. Instead, please
contact a specialised retailer.
• Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not set the appliance up next to a gas or electric oven.
• Ensure there is a 20cm space around the whole appliance to allow for enough
air to circulate.
• Unplug the machine before cleaning or when no longer in use. Allow parts to
cool before removing or cleaning them.
• Do not cover any parts with tin foil due to the risk over overheating.
• Be very careful when moving oven racks, containers or any hot liquids.
• Do not use a metal sponge to clean the inside of the oven due to the risk of
small parts breaking off and damaging electrical components.
• Do not use the oven to cook oversized produce as they may set alight.
• Do not cover the oven with flammable materials such as curtains. Do not place
anything on top of the oven during use.
• Please only use cooking or baking trays made of glass or metal.
• Ensure that the surface of the oven remains free of all obstructions during
use.
• Do not use trays made of: cardboard, plastic, paper or similar materials.
• Only store oven accessories inside the appliance.
• Always use oven gloves when removing food from the oven or putting food
into the oven.
• This appliance has a reinforced safety glass door. It is stronger than
conventional glass as well as shatterproof. Reinforced glass can, however, still
crack around the edges. Try to avoid scratching the surface of the door or the
edges of it.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors. Only use the appliance for its defined
purpose.
• Children from the age of 8 years and mentally, sensory and physically
impaired persons may only use the device if they have been informed in detail
about the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for
them beforehand and understand the associated risks.
