Symptoms
The pump is not working or there is no
fluid delivery.
The pump begins to operate very fast.

the grease outlet is closed.

Troubleshooting / Anomalías y sus soluciones
Possible Reasons
No suitable air supply pressure.
Some outlet circuit element is clogged or
closed.
Air between the follower plate and the
grease.
The drum is empty or the grease level is
beneath the suction tube inlet.
There is a grease leakage in some point of
the circuit.
Grease has passed over to the air motor
caused by worn or damaged packing set.
The O-rings of the distributor axle or the
bushing worn or damaged.
The inverter O-rings are worn or damaged. Replace the inverter O-rings.
Dirt in upper valve or foot valve.
Dirt in muffler.
The actuator is not working with proper
pressure.
The seals are damaged.
Posibles causas
Presión de suministro de aire no adecuada. Incremente la presión del aire de suministro.
Algún elemento del circuito de salida está
obstruido o cerrado.
Posible cavidad de aire entre plato y grasa.
El bidón esta vacío o el nivel de grasa esta
por debajo de la entrada de grasa de la
bomba.
Existe fuga de grasa en algún punto del
circuito.
La grasa ha pasado al motor de aire causado
por desgaste o deterioro del conjunto
empaquetadura.
Juntas tóricas del eje o la camisa del
distribuidor gastadas o dañadas.
Las juntas de la varilla de inversión gastadas
o dañadas.
Válvula de pie o válvula superior con
impurezas.
Silenciador con impurezas.
El actuador no está alimentado a la presión
adecuada.
Las junta/s están deterioradas.
Solutions
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Bleed the air.
Replace the drum.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Replace the packing set (repair kit).
Replace the axle assembly and/ or the
bushing assembly.
Dismount and clean, replace if damaged.
Clean or replace the muffler.
Regulate the pressure in the actuator with its
control with a pressure higher than 2 bar.
Replace the seals from the follower plate
assembly.
Soluciones
Limpie o abra el circuito de salida.
Purgue el aire del plato seguidor.
Sustituya el bidón.
Verifique y apriete o repare.
Sustituya el conjunto empaquetadura (kit de
reparación).
Sustituya el conjunto eje o/ y el conjunto
camisa del distribuidor.
Sustituir las juntas de la varilla de inversión.
Desmontar y limpiar. Sustituir en caso de
deterioro.
Limpiar o sustituir el silenciador.
Regular la presión del actuador incrementando
la presión por encima de los 2 bar.
Cambiar las juntas del plato y el adaptador
para conseguir la estanquidad.
