OPERATION / MODO DE EMPLEO

EN
1. Open the bleed air valve (94). The pump can now expel any air
trapped in (fig. 2).
2. Start the pump opening the pumps valve (pos. A), and increasing the
pressure with the regulating filter gradually (pos. B). The pump starts
operating.
3. Close the pump air bleed valve (94) as soon as the material trapped
air is pumped out of the valve.
4. The pump starts to pump when an outlet valve is opened (pos. H), for
example a dispensing ink gun.

The pump is not working or there is no
ink delivery.

POSSIBLE REASONS
No suitable air supply pressure.
Some outlet circuit element is clogged or closed.
There is an air pocket in the ink inlet area.
Air in pump.
There is a ink leakage at some point in the circuit.
Contamination in the piston valve (79).
Contamination in the foot valve (84).
Damage or worm piston O-ring (45).
The air seal of the inventor assembly is damaged and
worm (8).
Damage or worm spool seals.
Contamination in the foot valve (84).
Contamination in the piston valve (79).
The exhaust muffler is clogged log compressed air dirt
or lubricant.

POSIBLES CAUSAS

Presión de suministro de aire no adecuada.
Algún elemento del circuito de salida está obstruido o
cerrado.
Se han creado bolsas de aire alrededor de la zona de
succión de la bomba.
Se ha formado una cavidad de aire en la bomba.
La bomba está funcionando en seco, depósito vacío.
Existe fuga de tinta en algún punto del circuito.
Válvula de impulsión (79) no cierra por impurezas.
Válvula de entrada (84) no cierra por impurezas o por
deterioro.
Junta del émbolo de aire desgastada (45).
Junta del pistón sensor desgastada (8).
Juntas de la corredera inversora desgastadas.
Válvula inferior con impurezas (84).
Pistón con impurezas (79).
El silenciador está colmatado por impurezas o lubricante
del aire comprimido.

1. Abra la válvula de purgado de la bomba (94), para eliminar el aire
que se encuentre dentro de ella.
2. Arranque la bomba con la válvula de suministro de aire (pos. A),
incremente progresivamente la velocidad de la bomba con el filtro
regulador (pos. B).
3. Cierre la válvula de purga (94), en el momento que no salga aire
atrapado con fluido a través de esta.
4. La bomba ya está lista para operar. La bomba empieza a bombear
cuando se abre una válvula de salida (pos. H), por ejemplo una
pistola dispensadora de tinta.
SOLUTIONS
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Bleed the air in follower plate.
Bleed the air in pump (94).
Replace the drum.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged.
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged.
Replace O-ring (45).
Replace the air seal (8).
Replace the seals (18) and (20).
Remove and clean (84).
Replace if damaged.
Remove and clean.
Replace if damaged (79).
Replace the muffler left (30) (31).
SOLUCIONES
Incremente la presión del aire de suministro.
Limpie o abra el circuito de salida.
Purgue el plato seguidor.
Purgue la bomba (94).
Llene el depósito.
Verifique y apriete o repare.
Desmonte y limpie.
Desmonte y limpie. Sustituya en caso de deterioro
(84).
Sustituya la junta (45).
Sustituya la junta (8).
Sustituya las juntas (18) y (20).
Desmonte y limpie.
Sustituya en caso de deterioro (84).
