3. Hitch installation – Reinstall the bumper beam on top of hitch and loosely reinstall the M10 flange hex nuts onto studs in end panel, (3) per side.
4. Tighten all M10 fasteners with torque wrench to 38 Lb.-Ft. (52 N*M).
5. Reinstall the insulation on top of bumper beam and end panel.

Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
6. Trim fascia - using a tape measure, marker, and utility knife, cut a
notch in the lower part of fascia, approximately 3-1/4" wide x 3"
deep, centered on vehicle as shown.
