Allgemeines:
Der Motorantrieb 3VF97 ist ein Baustein zum Anbau an den Leistungs-
schalter und für dessen Fernbetätigung bestimmt. Er besteht aus einem
Getriebemotor, der über einen Schieber auf den Kipphebel des Leistungs-
schalters wirkt und in AUS-Stellung abschließbar ist.
Montage an den Leistungsschalter
Vor der Montage:
- Übertragen der Technischen Daten vom Typschild des Schalters auf
das beiliegende Ersatztypschild
- Aufkleben des Ersatztypschildes auf den Gehäusedeckel des Motor-
antriebes
- 4 Deckelbefestigungsschrauben am Motorantrieb lösen
- Deckel des Motorantriebes abnehmen
Montage:
Die Montage des Motorantriebs erfolgt gemäß Bild
Numerierung entspricht dabei den einzelnen Arbeitsschritten.

2. Beiliegendes Verlängerungsstück
mit Schraube, Federrring und Mutter
Hinweis: Der Kopf der Schraube muß nach oben zeigen!
3. Die Deckelbefestigungsschrauben
4. Die Abstandshalter 6a mit den mitgelieferten Senkschrauben an den
oberen Befestigungspunkten am Schalter befestigen. Abstandshalter
6b mit Stift und Scheibe an der Unterseite des Antriebsgehäuses
einstecken.
5. Den Motorantrieb so aufsetzen, daß die Handhabenverlängerung
zwischen der großen und der kleinen Führungsrolle des Schiebers
sitzt. Bei Bedarf Schieber mittels mitgelieferten Sechskant-Schrau-
bendreher in entsprechende Position bringen. Den Sechskant-Schrau-
bendreher von außen in das untere Spindellager einstecken. Dann
den Antrieb oben mit den kurzen und unten mit den langen Schrauben

mit Federringen
festziehen.
6. Antrieb beschalten - Schaltungsvorschläge siehe Fig. 15a , 15b .
Bei Beschaltung nach Fig. 15b :
- Brücken 5-6, 7-8 entfernen

- Gummidurchführung
in seitlichen Schlitz am Antriebsgehäuse
einstecken und Leitungen zu den Klemmen 5...8 durchziehen.
Bei Motorantrieben 3VF9723-1ND30 und 3VF9723-1NE30 auf Bild
achten.
7. Nach der Montage wird die Abdeckplatte
verlängerung geschoben, anschließend der Deckel
bes aufgesetzt und mit 4 Deckelbefestigungsschrauben

Généralités:
La commande à moteur 3VF97 est un module destine à être monté sur
le disjoncteur 3VF7 en vue de sa commande a distance. Elle se compose
d'un motoreducteur qui agit sur la manette du disjoncteur par l'intermediaire
d'une coulisse; elle est cadenassable en position d'ouverture du disjonc-
teur.
Montage sur le disjoncteur
Avant le montage:
- Transcrire les cararctéristiques techniques relevées sur la plaque
signalétique du disjoncteur sur l'étiquette signalétique de rechange
livrée avec la commande à moteur
- Coller l'étiquette de rechange sur le couvercle de la commande à
moteur
- Défaire les 4 vis de fixation du couvercle de la commande à moteur.
- Déposer le couvercle de la commande à moteur.
Montage:
Effectuer le montage de la comande à moteur en se référant à la figure
1
. La numérotation ci-après correspond à la chronologie des opérations.

3. Desserrer et enlever les vis de fixation
4. Fixer l'entretoise 6a au points de fixation supérieurs du disjoncteur à
l'aide des vis à tête fraisée.
Introduire l'entretoise 6b avec tige et rondelle sur la partie inférieure
du disjoncteur.
5. Placer la commande à moteur sur le disjoncteur de façon que le
prolongateur de la manette
rouleau de guidage de la coulisse. Si nécessaire, mettre la coulisse en
position adéquate à l'aide du tournevis hexagonal livré avec la
commande. Introduire le tournevis hexagonal de l'extérieur dans le
support de broche. Fixer ensuite la commande avec vis (vis courtes
– partie supérieure; vis longues - parie inférieure) et rondelles

6. Raccorder la commande - exemples de raccordement aux Fig. 15a et
15b . Raccordement selon Fig. 15b :
- enlever les cavaliers 5-6 et 7-8,

- disposer le passe-câble

et y introduire les concucteurs à raccorder aux bornes 5 à 8.

General:
The 3VF97 motor-operating mechanism is a module designed for fitting
to the 3VF-circuit-breaker to faciltate remote control of the same. Its
consists of a gear motor with a slider mechanism which acts on the toggle
of the circuit-breaker and can be locked in the OFF position.
Fitting to the circuit-breaker
Before beginning installation:
- Transfer the technical data from the nameplate of the circuit-breaker to
the replacement nameplate supplied with the operating mechanism
- Paste the new nameplate on the cover of the motor-operating mecha-
nism.
- Loosen the four screws of the cover of the mechanism
- Remove the cover of the motor-operating mechanism.
Mounting:
The mounting of the motor operating mechanism is done in accordance

with Fig
. The following numbering applies to the mounting steps.
1.Place the toggle handle
2. Place the supplied extension shaft
in position using the screws, spring washers and nuts
Note: The head of the screws must be at top!
3. Loosen and then remove the cover monting screws
4. Fit the spacers 6a (using the countersunk screws supplied) to the
upper fastening points on the circuit-breaker.
Insert spacer 6b with pin and washer into the underside of the
operating mechanism.

5. Fit the motor operating mechanism so that the extension shaft
located between the large and small slider mechanism guide. The
slider can be positioned by using a hexagonal screwdriver which is
scope of supply. Position the screwdriver below the spindle bearing
from outside the screwdriver below the spindle bearing from outside the
device. Then tighten the mechanism with the short screws and at the
bottom with the long screws, using spring washers
6. Connect the operating mechanism. For sugessted circuitry see Figs.
15a and 15b . For suggested circuitry according to Fig. 15b :
- Remove jumpers 5-6, 7-8.
- Insert rubbergrommet
housing and pull leads through to terminals 5...8.

Generalidades::
El accionamiento motorizado 3VF97 es un componente que se monta
adosado al interruptor de potencia 3VF7; está destinado para accionar
a distancia dicho aparato. El accionamiento se compone de un motor con
reductor que actúa sobre la palanca del interruptor a través de una
corrededera; el accionamiento puede bloquearse en la posición DES
(interruptor abierto).
Montaje en el interruptor de potencia
Antes de iniciar el montaje:
- Traspasar los datos técnicos que figuran en la placa de característi-cas
del interruptor a la placa sustitutiva que acompaña al suministro.
- Pegar la placa de características sobre la tapa de la caja del
accionamiento motorizado.
- Soltar los 4 tornillos de fijación de la tapa en el accionamiento motorizado.
- Retirar la tapa del accionamiento motorizado.
Montaje:
El accionamiento motorizado se monta de acuerdo a la figura
la siguiente secuencia de montaje:
1. Posicionar en DES la palanca
2. Colocar sobre la manivela
con tornillo, arandela Grower y tuerca
Nota: La cabeza del tornillo debe mostrar hacia arriba.
3. Soltar los tornillos
4. Utilizando los tornillos avellanados que acompañan al suministro, fijar
los distanciadores 6a a los puntos superiores para ellos previstos en
el interruptor.
Insertar los distanciadores 6b con espiga y arandela en el lado
inferior de la caja del accionamiento.
5. Colocar el accionamiento motorizado sobre el interruptor de manera
que la pieza de prolongación de la manivela
y el pequeño rodillo-guía de la corredera. Si necesario, poner la
corredera en posición adecuada mediante el atornillador exagonal
que acompaña el suministro. Introducir el atornillador exagonal del
exterior en el cojinette del husillo. Seguidamente apretar el
accionamiento arriba con los tornillos con arandela Grower
y abajo con los largos.
6. Efectuar la conexión del circuito del accionamiento; propuestas de
circuito, v. Figs 15a y 15b . En caso de conexión según Fig 15b :
- retirar los puentes 5-6 y 7-8
- insertar los pasacables de goma
accionamiento y pasar los cables hacia los bornes 5...8.
En caso de accionamientos motorizados 3VF9723-1ND30 y 3VF9723-
1NE30, respetar lo indicado en la figura
