Preparing Messages for Display

Message DB A message DB contains a maximum of 24 text blocks each containing 20
or 40 characters. With 20 characters, each of the text blocks must contain
20 characters (if necessary, pad out with blanks) otherwise undefined
characters may be displayed. A total of five message DBs containing a
maximum of 120 text blocks can be generated. Create a message DB
with the following format using STEP 5:
