Problem
No beer is being
dispensed .

dispensing warm
beer .
There is ice in the
cooling chamber .
There is too much
foam .
Possible causes
THE SUB COMPACT has been
switched off .
THE TORP is empty .
There is no TORP inside THE
SUB COMPACT .
THE SUB COMPACT tap
handle is not correctly installed/
positioned .
There is not enough pressure in
THE TORP .
THE SUB COMPACT is not
connected to the mains power
supply .
The door was not closed
correctly .
The cooling system is defective . Contact the KRUPS customer
The room temperature is below
12°C .
THE SUB COMPACT has been
working too long with no TORP
inside .
The temperature regulation may
be defective .
The beer is not cold enough .
The tap handle was pulled too
slowly during the service .
Remedies
Connect the appliance to the
power supply .
Replace THE TORP with a new
one .
Install a TORP inside THE SUB
COMPACT .
Install/position the tap correctly .
Open the door, remove THE
TORP and press THE TORP
detector at the front of the
refrigeration chamber.
1 If the pump is working: it means
there is a problem with THE
TORP . Install a new TORP in

THE SUB COMPACT .

2 If the pump is not working: it
may be defective . Contact the
KRUPS customer service .
Connect THE SUB COMPACT to
the power supply .
Close the door correctly .

Install THE SUB COMPACT in an
adapted environment .
Remove the ice with a warm
sponge and load a TORP inside
the chamber .
Contact the KRUPS customer
service .
Wait until the temperature
indicator changes to green and
then serve the beer .
Pull the handle quickly forward as
far as it will go .
