Equip the torch neck according to one of the following figures:

3 Set screw
4 Sleeve
1 Screw set screw (3), sleeve (4) and ceramic sleeve (5) to a length of
10.5 mm into the torch neck (6) by means of an Allen wrench AF 4.
2 Screw contact tip (1) firmly into torch neck.
3 Screw insulator (2) onto torch neck (6) by hand.

2 Inlet nipple
1 Unscrew the clamping screw at the handle and pull out the neck liner (1)
2 Insert the neck liner (3) from the rear into the torch neck (1) up to the stop
and measure the length.
3 Shorten the neck liner (3) at the front side until the inlet nipple (2)
terminates flush at the torch neck (1) and debur the edge.
4 Slide the torch neck (1) into the handle and secure it with the clamping
screw.
