Once all plastic parts have been removed, clean the machine stainless steel front.
Assembly
After everything is washed, put it back in place in the following order:
1
Fit the Cups on the machine front shafts and tighten the Fastening Nuts.
2
Fit the washers on the Juice tray and screw the Balls, making sure they are properly tightened.
3
Insert the blade in the squeezer tray and slot the ribs into the grooves of the balls. Check that
the blade slides easily. Assemble both Juice tray and Blade in the machine's three shafts
simultaneously. Never fit the Blade on the Juice tray afterwards!! To introduce the Blade
into the Blade shaft, slightly press down the Blade push.
4
Fit the shafts and the pulp scraper filter in the filter, fit the filter correctly in its position in the filter
tray, self-service tray (THE DRIVE SHAFT SHOULD OVERHANG THE TRAY) (figs. 11 and
12) and fit the set into the machine. Check that the tray or tank is fitted properly which will also
indicate that the filter is in the right position (THE DRIVE SHAFT SHOULD DOVETAIL WITH
THE HEXAGONAL FILTER ACTUATOR).
5
Fit the Front Cover in place by fitting its clasps into the slots. Make sure that the clasps fit
correctly into the slots. You will hear a small click (fig. 13-14).
6
Put the plastic containers base and the plastic containers in place.
Before starting up the machine, make sure that:
The tray and blade have been properly fitted into place and screwed down.
The blade has been properly fitted into place and in the horizontal position.
The nuts on the cups are properly tightened.
The cups and the balls are from the same color.
The correct sets of balls and cups have been used (see the section entitled "accessories").
In the event that the tray, balls or cups were not properly fitted into place, damage may be done to these
pieces and the inside of the machine. (Problems not covered by the guarantee since they are errors
made by the operator).
The display will show the number of oranges to be squeezed. The machine is now ready for operation.
Cleaning the basket
The basket is removed by unscrewing a screw located on the back and pulling it upwards. The roof of
the machine will be completely clear. Clean the basket and place it on the roof of the machine by fitting
the leg of the same in its respective recess and screwing the screw again (figs. 15 and 16).
Important Notice
The normal use of the machine may cause the plastic parts that are exposed to juice to turn orange colour. This
is completely normal and does not imply a hygiene problem or affect the physical properties of the plastic.
Fastening nuts ref. V0293A-1, are made from heat-formed plastic. They must not be subjected to
temperatures higher than 40°C, so they should never be washed in very hot water or in a dishwasher;
if they are deformed by heat, the warranty will not apply.
