Using the device
Protection against mechanical hazard
■
Operation by trained staff only
■
Wear eye and ear protection.
■
Never point device towards people.
■
Never direct compressed air towards people.
■
Use compressed air with max. 6.2 bar at the air inlet.
■
Hoses and connections have to have suitable size and be fixed safely.
■
In case tool is not used, accessories are changed or a repair is to be executed, always
separate from the air supply. (First allow the air to escape from the hose, putting the
machine to the idle.)
■
Before getting near a dissolved whipping air hose always turn off the air supply.
■
Do not use damaged, frayed or worn out air hoses and connections
■
Check the housing for leaks and damages.
■
Keep your body and body parts away from movable dangerous parts
■
Only use faultless, suitable accessories.
■
Never use a damaged, not correctly functioning tool or accessory part.
■
For safety reasons the tool fitting always has to be in faultless condition.
■
Check the device for damages at regular intervals.
■
Wear personal protective equipment.
■
As soon as malfunction of the machine is detected have the device checked by qualified
staff and have it sent to an authorised repair shop.
Protection against electrical hazard

Pneumatic devices are not come into contact with electrical power sources.
■
Pneumatic devices are not insulated against electric shock.
Protection against noise
■
When releasing the compressed air connection always wear ear protection.
■
High noise levels can cause permanent hearing damage.
Protection against material / substance hazards
■
Only use approved cleaning solutions for cleaning. These cleaning solutions have to
comply with the safety and health standards
■
Only use cleaning solutions in well-ventilated areas.
■
The exhaust air of a pneumatic device could contain oil.
■
Do not use device in hazardous areas and environments.
■
(incl. such substances like smoke, gas or dust.)
■
Do not clean pneumatic device with flammable or volatile liquids such as kerosene or
diesel.
■
Only use lubricants recommended by the manufacturer.
