Maintenance
When servicing drill the state laws for environmental legislation have to be observed.
In order to achieve a long life, the manufacturer recommends an annual professional
maintenance by trained qualified staff of your service partner.
In case of questions, please, contact your manufacturer.
Gear lubrication
The transmissions of the drilling machine have a permanent lubrication and do not require
maintenance.
Engine lubrication
Separate drilling machine from air supply to avoid unintentional starting.
The engine needs lubrication to ensure flawless functioning of the motor assembly.
1. Only use pneumatic oil approved by the manufacturer
2. Clean the air inlet from dirt before lubricating
3. Fill pneumatic oil (approx. 2 – 3 drops) to the air inlet while holding down the trigger
4. Start machine briefly in idling cycle and in lowest speed
Attention !
The maintenance of the drilling machine is only to be executed by qualified personnel.
A repair should only be carried out by the manufacturer's service partner.
Disposal
When disposing of this device the relevant legal provisions of the country have to be
observed. Keep in mind that improperly disposed of lubricants cause environmental
damage
Risks associated with maintenance and repair

Pneumatic tools damaged by overload or worn are no longer to be used until repair/
maintenance. Please contact your manufacturer.
■ The information in the operation manual, in the safety regulations and in the spare parts
list have to be read and understood before the repair / maintenance is executed.

The repair must only be carried out by specialist workshops.
■ Maintenance is only to be carried out by qualified personnel, observing the operational
manual as well as the safety regulations.

The pneumatic tool must never be modified technically.
Use compressed air tool only for the corresponding application, we expressly
exclude any other use!
