4. Install hitch - (a) Using the reverse fishwire method, feed the carriage bolt ①
and spacer ② through slots on bottom of frame rails, as shown in Figure 2. Leave
pull wires attached.
4. Install hitch - (c) Raise hitch into position, over the exhaust, and feed the pull wires previously installed through holes in hitch. (d) Remove pull wires and loosely install 1/2''conical
washer ③ and hex nut ④ to carriage bolt. Bend the edge of heat shield if needed. (e) Loosely install (4) M8 bolts ⑤ and (4) 3/8'' conical washers ⑦ into existing lower bumper
mounting weldnuts, see Figure 1.

4. Install hitch - (b) Tape (4) 1 /4 '' spacers ⑥ on forward side of hitch brackets and align
hole in spacer with slot in hitch, as shown in Figure 1.
