Install spline adapter to each valve stem.
Thread escutcheon over each sidebody extension until it
bottoms out. Hand tighten.
Choose appropriate size stem adapter based on finished
deck/tile thickness. The sizes are as follows: small (0 –
1/4" (6mm)), medium (1/4" (6mm) – 3/4" (2cm)), large
(3/4" (2cm) – 1-1/4" (3.2cm)).
Use small adapter for rim and non-tiled deck applications.
Place stem adapter into sidebody extension and push
down over spline adapter.
Ensure valves are closed (cold fully counterclockwise, hot
fully clockwise).
Stem adapters must be in the positions illustrated when
valves are in the closed position.
To re-align stem adapters: Remove stem adapters, and
then remove and rotate spline adapter for correct stem
adapter alignment.
