Before performing any installation or disassembly operation:
Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner
by means of the main system switch.
DANGER
Close the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
The maintenance and calibration of the burner
should only be made by qualified and authorised
personnel in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.
DANGER
Dismantle the combustion head 1)(Fig. 1) and the electrode unit
2) from the standard burner.

Apply the label supplied with the kit in the area described in Fig. 4.

For the installation proceed as follows Fig. 6
 loosen the standard nozzle 5) and screw it into the extension
4) supplied
 screw the extension 4) onto the nozzle holder 3)
 install the new electrode unit 6), making sure the measure-
ments indicated in Fig. 5 are respected

MOVE THE ELECTRODE
HOLDER BACKWARDS
TO THE END
 To install the new head adjustment shaft 9), you must
remove the blast tube 10) and diffuser disc 11), then loosen
the standard shaft until the shutter is fully extracted 12); at
this point, assemble the shaft supplied.
 Reassemble the pipe coupling 7) and combustion head 8),
fixing them to the burner with the screws.

With the use of the combustion head extension,
the burner can not take advantage of the hinge.
