Important! As a matter of principle always observe the instructions and
guidelines for bleeding the brakes specified by the manufacturer for the
specific vehicle model.
Care and Maintenance
■ Disconnect electrical power plug before any type of work on the unit.
■ Always keep unit clean.
■ Never clean the unit with a steam pressure cleaner.

Pump does not suck or does
not build up pressure.
No power to unit
Pump does not
relieve pressure after filling
Guarantee
This unit is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months
from the purchase date (as confirmed by bill or delivery slip). Any damage will be eliminated
by repair or replacement. Damage resulting from natural wear and tear, overload or improper
handing is excluded from this guarantee. Complaints will be recognized only when the unit is
returned without disassembling to us or your FÖRCH field service
representative.

Remedy
Change reservoir
Set operating pressure
correctly (approx. 2 bars)
unkink, replace hose, if de-
fective. Bleed unit in same
manner as for initial use
Replace fuse 6
Turn pressure regulator
to right to relief point.
