The compressor has stopped.
-Is dehumidifying mode activated on
the appliance?
-The follows a working cycle of ten
minutes and then stops for six minutes.
-Has the room temperature reached the
selected temperature?
In heating mode, air is circulating but
it is not hot.
-On activating heating mode, does the
compressor start to work after 3
minutes?
-The system is heating up to prevent
cold air coming out.
-Is Defrost mode activated?
-The system will automatically emit
hot air after defrosting.
The heating or cooling power is very
low.
-Are the air filters clean?
-Are the air intakes and outlets on the
indoor and outdoor units blocked?
-When heating mode is activated, is the
ambient temperature too low?
The appliance is making a lot of noise.
-If you heat the sound of water, it is
liquid refrigerant flowing through the
appliance.
-If you hear a whistling similar to that
of compressed air leaking, if it is in
heating mode the system is changing
the refrigerant at the beginning or end
of the defrosting process.

-Have the batteries run out?
-Have the batteries been fitted properly,
according to polarity?
-Remove the batteries and fit them
properly.
The outdoor unit is dripping.
-In heating mode, the ice on the outdoor
unit melts when the air conditioning
appliance has the Defrost function "DF"
activated.
-In cooling or dehumidifying mode, the
water in the air condenses on the cold
surface of the outdoor unit conduits
and drips.
