USING THE
APPLIANCE
The oil-free Air Fryer can prepare a large range of ingredi-
ents. The recipe table, page 14, helps you get to know the
appliance.
1. Connect the mains plug into an earthed wall socket.
2. Carefully pull the drawer out of the Air Fryer (Fig. 5).
3. Put the ingredients in the basket (Fig. 6).
CAUTION!
Do not exceed MAX line when filling the inner
basket.
4. Slide the drawer back into the Air Fryer (Fig. 7).
NOTE:
Carefully align the basket with the guides in the body
of the fryer.
CAUTION!
Never use the outer pot without the inner basket
in it.
CAUTION!
Do not touch the outer pot during and after use,
as it gets very hot. Only hold the basket by the handle.
5. Determine the required preparation time for the ingredient
(see section 'Settings' in this chapter).
6. Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the pre-
paration time (see section "Settings" in this chapter).
NOTE:
A timer bell will ring when the time is halfway
through (3 x beep), in order to alert when it's time to shake
the food.
7. To shake the ingredients, pull the drawer out of the
appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the drawer
back into the Air Fryer.
CAUTION!
Do not press the release button on the handle
during shaking.
TIP:
To reduce the weight, you can remove the basket from
the drawer and shake the basket only. To do so, pull the
drawer out of the appliance (Fig. 5), place it on a heat-resis-
tant surface, press the release button on the handle (Fig. 2)
and lift the basket out of the pot (Fig. 3).
8. When the program has finished, the timer bell goes off (6x
beep). The set preparation time has elapsed. Pull the drawer
out of the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
NOTE:
You can also switch off the appliance manually. To
do this, keep power button pressed until the unit turns off.
9. Check if the ingredients are ready.
