Installing the fixed glass panel
i
I (
9) Arrange the compensator on the tub rim, in the position
shown.
The distance must be measured from the tub rim, not
from the wall.
(part 2-3-4) Check correct levelling and mark the fastening points,
drill and insert the screw anchors.
i
I (
9, detail 5-6) Apply silicone to the rear part of the
compensator (the part resting on the wall) and the part resting on
the tub.
(part. 7) Position the compensator again, check levelling and fix to
the wall.
i
I (
10, detail 1) Apply silicone to the base of the closing profile
of the fixed glass panel, as shown, and on the side guides of the
plastic cap; then insert the cap in the closing profile. Remove any
silicone in excess.
according to the version, fit the right cap (RH) and the left

cap (LH).
i
I (
10, detail 2-3) Insert the upright of the fixed glass panel in
the compensator and, after having checked the correspondence
between the hole of the tube (D) and that of the glass panel (E), fix
it provisionally to the compensator.
Be careful when handling the glass panel not to damage the
plastic cap which you can just fitted.
i
I (
11) Provisionally fix the glass panel to the tube.
Electric connections (where applicable)
and plumbing
i
I (
12) Arrange the following under the tub and through the
support joint:
a) bonding wire (from the mixing unit)
b) connection wire to the face plate (where applicable)
c) two feeding flexible hoses
i
I (
12, detail 2-3) It is advisable to arrange the wire(s) first,
joining the ends with adhesive tape so make them slide easily and
to prevent them from getting jammed under the tub.
Then connect:
a) (detail 5) the bonding wire to the terminal on the
framework.
b) (detail 6) the wire on the face plate to the connector in the
electric wiring box (where applicable).
c) (detail 7) the flexible hoses to the outlets on the floor.
I Where applicable, connect the electric wiring box to the
mains and to the grounding system, according to the
wiring diagram and the indications shown in the "Electric
Safety" section.
Installing the door
i
I (
13, detail 1-2-3) After applying the plastic bushes (in the
indicated holes), and the spacers (2) position the door resting on
the column and provisionally fix it.
i
I (
13, detail 4) Check closing of the door on the fixed glass
panel. Adjust the position if required by means of the screw which
fixes the glass panel to the distribution tube or alternatively by
slightly moving the fixed glass panel (detail 5).
Use a wooden block and a rubber hammer (on the door seal) to
make the two magnetic seals abut.
i
I (
13, detail 7-8) Definitively tighten the screws on the door
as those on the tube by applying the lid to the latter.
Shower crossbar assembly
i
I (
14, detail 1-2) Take the shower tube shown and fully fasten
the adjustment flange to one of the ends; fasten the shower tube
to the distribution tube fitting.
(detail 3-4) Take the shower tube to horizontal position and check
levelling; then arrange the ring nut cover on the wall and trace its
circumference (detail 5).
i
I (
14, detail 6-7) Lower the shower tube, loosen the ring nut
and position it in the middle of the traced circumference.
(detail 8-9-10) Mark the fastening points, insert the anchor screws
and fix the ring nut.
i
I (
15, detail 1) Take the shower tube back to the horizontal
position.
(detail 2-3) Loosen the cap and make it abut against the ring nut;
then fasten the ring nut cover.
i
I (
15, detail 4) Fasten the showerhead making sure that its
wider diameter is parallel to the tube on which it is fixed.
Final fixing and sealing
i
I (
16) Fix the hand shower support to the door (the hole with the
larger diameter (G) must face upwards to allow correct positioning
of the hand shower); then connect the flexible hose, fastening the
hand shower to the other end, arranging the filter in between.
i
I (
17) Secure and fasten the column cover as shown; then
apply screws to the upper part of the column.
i
I (
18, detail 1) Definitive tighten the two screws of the fixed
glass panel.
(detail 2-3) From inside the tub, from the bottom up, apply the seal
between the compensator and the glass panel upright, using the
specific tool; then cut the part in excess.
i
I (
18, detail 4) After having drilled the glass panel upright (use
the holes on the compensator as guide) and apply the screws shown.
(detail 5) Snap the cover on.
