Preparations for Use

4.1.1 Inserting the rechargeable battery

1. Install the rechargeable battery on the bottom of the printer and
make sure the battery latch is oriented correctly.
2. Press the rechargeable battery into the compartment until it clicks
into place.
Charge the rechargeable battery before using the product.
WARNING
Risk of overheating and/or ignition!
Using or storing the rechargeable battery in a location with high
temperatures or direct sunlight could result in overheating and/or
ignition.
In addition, the battery performance and life span can deteriorate.
► Do not use or store the rechargeable battery in a location that is
exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight (e.g. inside a
vehicle).
