Battery Replacement
WARNING:
To avoid electric shock, remove the test leads from
the meter before removing the battery cover.
1. When the battery is depleted, the
display. Replace the battery immediately.
2. Ensure the meter is turned off.
3. Use a small phillips screwdriver to loosen the one screw retaining the
battery cover.
4. Remove the battery cover.
5. Replace the batteries with two new AAA batteries.
6. Observe proper polarity as shown inside battery compartment.
7. Install the battery cover and tighten the screw. Do not overtighten the
screw.
WARNING:
To avoid electric shock, do not operate your meter
until the battery and fuse covers are in place and fastened securely.
