What to Do
Try the following solutions:
Make sure the display is powered on.
Make sure the display has its input/source set to
the HDMI port that is connected to the VB1.
Make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected to
the VB1 and to the display.
Make sure your computer has the latest
DisplayLink driver installed
(displaylink.com/downloads).
Make sure your computer is set to "extend" to
a second display (rather than to "mirror" or
"duplicate" it).
Ensure the DisplayLink setting is enabled in the
Bose Work Configuration software.
Make sure your computer is set to "mirror" or
"duplicate" its display (rather than to "extend" it to a
second display).
Lower the resolution of the video display in the display
settings on your computer.
Make sure you are using a Bose-supplied cable or a
certified USB cable. Also make sure the cable is not
damaged or kinked.
The camera's autoframing feature may be enabled.
Press the Autoframe button on the remote control to
disable it.
Some meeting software apps have built-in autoframing,
which may be cropping the image or changing the
camera zoom ratio. If possible, disable this feature in
your meeting software.
