3.1 ACCESSORIES INCLUDED IN SUPPLY

4 INSTALLATION
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY TYPE OF OPERATION, CHECK THAT THE AUTOMATION IS DE-ENERGIZED.
4.1 PRELIMINARY CHECKS
For correct operation of the sliding automation, check that:
• All the accessories are properly rated.
• During manual operation, the gate does not abnormally sway or bend.
• There is a mechanical limit switch able to stop the gate in closure and in opening.
• The gate, if left free in any position, does not move on its own.
• Check for uniform friction along the entire gate stroke, both in closure and in opening.
4.2 LIMITS OF USE
Before installing the gearmotor, check that its technical specifications fall within the limits of use in chapter 3, "Technical characteristics". The
gate must not exceed the maximum weight allowed by the selected motor.
