ENGINE
MAINTENANCE
See the engine owner's manualfor instructionson how to
properly maintain the engine.

CAUTION
Used motor oil has been shown to cause skin cancer in
certain laboratory animals.
Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water.
KEEPOUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DON'T
POLLUTE. CONSERVE RESOURCES.RETURN
USED OILTO COLLECTION CENTERS.
Pump
Maintenance
Changing Pump Oil
Change oil after first 50 hours of operation and then every
200 hours or 3 months, whichever occurs first.
NOTE: When changingpump oil, use only high quality
nondetergent 30 weight oil. Use no special additives.
Change pump oil as follows:
I.
Clean area around brass oil drain plug at bottom of
pump.
2.
Remove oil drain plug. Drain oil completely into an
approved container.
3.
When oil has completely drained, installoil drain plug
and tighten firmly.
4.
Clean area around pump oil dipstick. Remove dipstick
and fill pump with recommended oil to "Full" mark on
dipstick (typically 0.43L or 15 oz.).
5.
Install pump oil dipstick.
6.
Wipe up any spilled oil.

• The data tag (Figure 13) is located on the base of the
pressure washer.For future reference, pleasecopy the
model, revision, and serial number of the pressure washer
in the space below.
