While in Voice mode, select desired folder using the MODE/FILE key.

Press the MENU and then select Delete file by using

Use / key to change selection to YES.
Press / key to confirm to delete the selected file.
ERASING ALL MESSAGES IN THE 4 FILE FOLDERS
While in Voice mode, press the MENU key and select Delete all by using key
then press / to confirm.
Use / key to change to YES.
Press / key to confirm to delete the selected file.

IMPORTANT:

- Once message(s) are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
- When the memory is full, FULL will appear in the display.
