INTRODUCTION
This Annex contains the instructions for the operation
and necessary adjustments of the new pre-milling unit
and the necessary adjustments for the panel feeder.
Reference is also made to the replacement and mainte-
nance operations necessary for these units.

1. SAFETY DEVICES

In addition to the safety devices of the edgebander, the
pre-milling unit is equipped with it's own safety device
G (Fig. 1).
Any manipulation or modification of the safety devices
will render the edgebander unsafe, and expose the user
to the risk of serious injuries. This would also invalida-
te the edgebander's CE Compliance Statement and the
manufacturer's warranty
When feeder C is opened, all electrical and pneumatic
functions are stopped, except for the glue heater, which
remains activated. When rear door D is opened, all elec-
trical and pneumatic functions are stopped, except for
the glue roller motor and the glue heater.
