Assembly

bly issues or concerns. Please have model
and serial number available.
The following tools are required to install the
accessory kit.
• Needle nose pliers
• 9/16" and 1/2" socket
• 1/2" wrench
NOTE: The wheels are not intended for over-
the-road use.

Install wheels as follows:
1. Slide axle (D) through the flat washer (L),
plastic spacer (G), wheel (B), and axle
bracket assembly (E) on frame.
2. Insert cotter pin (F) through axle (D). Bend
tabs (of cotter pins) outward to lock into
place.
3. Install locking flange nut (H).
Install frame foot assembly as follows:
1. Slide hex head bolts (J) through holes in
frame rail.
2. Slide frame foot (C) onto hex head bolts
(J). Install locking flange nut (H).
3. Slide capscrew (M) through frame foot
assembly (C). Install lock washer (K), flat
washer (L) and locking flange nut (H).
Install handle as follows:
1. Slide capscrew (N) through flat washer (L),
handle (A) and frame. Install flat washer
(L) and locking flange nut (H).

Battery Cable Connection
(electric start only)
The unit has been shipped with the battery
cables disconnected.
You will need two 8mm box wrenches to con-
nect the battery cables. See
1. Cut off cable ties securing battery cables
and remove red cover from battery termi-
nal.
2. First, connect the red cable to the positive
(+) battery terminal with the bolt and nut
supplied.
3. Make sure connections are secure and
slide rubber boot over the positive (+) bat-
tery terminal and connection hardware.
4. Connect the black cable to the negative (-)
battery terminal with the bolt and nut sup-
plied. Slide rubber boot over the negative
(-) battery terminal and connection hard-
ware.
5. Make sure all connections are secure.
NOTE: If the battery is unable to start the
engine, charge it with the 12V charger
included in the accessory box (see the
the 12 VDC Battery Charger
details).
Add Engine Oil
Engine damage. Verify proper type and quantity of
engine oil prior to starting engine. Failure to do so
could result in engine damage.
1. Place generator on a level surface.
2. Verify oil fill area is clean.
3. Remove oil fill cap and wipe dipstick clean.
