4a. Trim underbody panel– Using a tape measure, marker and tin snips,
measure, mark, and trim the underbody panel.
5. Fishwire spacer and bolt – Fishwire the spacer and 1.75" carriage bolt
(items 5 and 6) through the access hole and into the attachment hole in the
passenger side frame rail, leave the fishwire attached.

4b. Trim lower fascia –Using a tape measure, marker and tin snips,
measure, mark, and trim the lower fascia.
6. Install hitch – Raise hitch into position over the bumper stud on the driver
side and align the mounting plates and bolts installed earlier. Be sure to guide
the fishwire through the attachment hole on the passenger side. Install the
conical washer (teeth side toward hitch) and hex nut on 1.75" carriage bolt
and flanged locknuts on all 4" carriage bolts. Reinstall existing M8 nut.
