7. Tighten ½" flanged locknuts and M8 existing nut with torque
wrench to 20Lb.-Ft. (27N*M) and ½" hex nut on 1.75" carr. Bolt
to 75 Lb.-Ft. (127N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when
towing.

8. Reinstall lower fascia – Reinstall the trimmed lower fascia
removed in step 1. (Minus the screw for the attachment that was
trimmed away)
