The diagnostic signal at Pin 7 of the DNCV-... is 24 V. If the
values set on DIL switches 3 and 4 are exceeded, the
LED 'DIAG' on the diagnostic module of the DNCV-... will
light up (or flash). The diagnostic signal on the multipin
plug of the DNCV-... wll also be set to 0 V.
4.1 Setting the upper time limit for a stroke
A certain time value is assigned to the numbers on DIL
switch 3.
The time sum of the DIL switches set to ON corresponds to
the upper time limit (a).
If the actually required stroke time (retracting t
tending t ) of the DNCV-... exceeds the set upper time
out
limit:
– the LED 'DIAG' on the diagnostic module will light up
continuously.
– the diagnostic signal will be set from 24 V to 0 V.
The diagnostic signal will be set to 24 V again:
– when the subsequent valve coil in the movement se-
quence is energized (with DNCV-...-5/3...).
– when the valve coil is energized or de-energized (only
with DNCV-...-5/2...).
