PRESENTATION
The trampoline is a fun activity for maintaining your shape and tone. It combines cardio-respiratory activity, muscle toning and coordination. It is
suitable for adults and children (from 14 years of age).
SAFETY
Read all warnings and instructions attached to the product. Before using, read all directions for use and the instructions in the user's manual.

A.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES FOR USING YOUR TRAMPOLINE:

Read all the instructions in this manual before using the product. Only use this product in the manner described in this manual. Keep this
manual for the entire life of the product.
2.
The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3.
Domyos does not accept any liability for complaints of personal injury or harm caused to any person or any thing as the result of improper
use of the product by the purchaser or by any other person.
4.
Use this product indoors, away from humidity and dust, on a flat, hard surface and in a sufficiently large space. Make sure that there is
sufficient space for safe access to and safe movement around the product. Place a rug under the product to protect the floor.
5.
The user is responsible for ensuring proper care and maintenance of the equipment. After the product has been assembled and prior to
each use, check that the fasteners are properly tightened and subject to wear (such as the springs and the rebound net).
6.
In the event that your product becomes damaged, immediately have any worn or defective parts replaced by the After-Sales Service
Department of your nearest DECATHLON store. Do not use the equipment until it has been completely repaired.
7.
Do not store this product in a damp place (e.g. edge of a pool, bathroom etc).
8.
Wear sports shoes to protect your feet while exercising. DO NOT wear loose or baggy clothing, since it may get caught in the machine. Take
off all jewellery.
9.
Put your hair up so that it does not get in the way during exercise.
10. If you feel any pain or if you become dizzy while exercising, stop immediately, rest, and consult a physician.
11. Before undertaking this exercise programme, you should consult a doctor in order to ensure that there are no counter-indications,
particularly if you have not done any sport for a number of years.
12. Do not modify your product.

The place where you use your trampoline:
16. Check that there is no ceiling over the place where you use your trampoline.
17. Check that there are no obstructions above your trampoline (branches, cables...).
18. Position your trampoline away from walls, barriers, fences, any interfering structures or any other activity areas.
19. Check that there are no pointed or cutting edges around your trampoline.
20. Check that your chosen area is well-lit.
21. Make sure that your trampoline cannot be used unsafely. Do not allow anybody to use it alone.
22. Check that there are no obstructive elements under the rebound net.
23. Any person put in charge of supervising the use of the trampoline must be an adult and know how to use it.
C.
Using your trampoline:
24. Do not do acrobatic tricks. It is very dangerous to land on your head or your neck - it can cause serious injury or even death.
25. No more than one person at a time should use the trampoline (to avoid impacts).
26. An adult who has read these instructions should supervise the use of the trampoline.
27. Trampolines over 51cm in diameter are not advisable for children under 14 years.
28. Do not jump on the trampoline in order to climb on top.
29. Do not jump directly out of the trampoline or bounce off the bed in order to get off the trampoline. Sit on the side board and put your feet
on the ground.
30. Do not use your trampoline as a way of reaching an object or to jump out of the trampoline.
31. You must know how to stop jumping before you master any other action: to stop, flex your knees when your feet touch the net.
32. Before you start, you must learn the basics about jumping.
33. Whatever your level, avoid jumping too high.
34. When jumping, you must always keep looking at the trampoline.
35. Do not use it if you feel tired.
36. Do not leave your trampoline freely accessible or unsupervised by an adult who knows how to use it.
37. Do not allow any object to drag on or next to your trampoline.
38. Do not use your trampoline under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicines.
39. Check that the bed of your trampoline is dry before using it.
40. If you would like to improve your performance please contact an accredited trampoline instructor.
41. Do not use your trampoline if it is windy.
