Single occupancy pod/phonebooth, primarily designed for short
term use to take phone calls, or for extra privacy in a noisy
environment. Automatic control of lights and ventilation
controlled by a passive infrared detector. Power distribution unit
can have a combination of regional specific receptacles, USB or
no socket or USB.
WARNING
Relocation of phonebooth to be performed only by professional
installers trained and certified by Orangebox. DO NOT push the
phonebooth to move.
Versions of the phonebooth described as "truckable base" options
can be moved with mechanical handling equipment by operatives
approved and trained by Orangebox. Ensure that all connections to
the building power supply and data connections are isolated and
removed before relocating the phone booth. Follow all local
jurisdiction enforcement guidelines when relocating the phone booth.
Power Hard Wire Option
It is the responsibility of the qualified electrician to supply and install
a suitable power connection to the building in accordance with
national and local codes. This product must be connected to a
grounded metal, permanent wiring system, or an equipment-
grounding conductor must be run with the circuit conductors and
connected to the equipment-grounding terminal or lead on the
product.
Power Cord OptionWhen using flex cord connection,
only use the cord provided by Orangebox. Inspect the product
thoroughly before connecting to the building supply. For
equipment sold in North America and other 120V regions: the
product is for use on a nominal 120-V circuit. These products use
a grounded plug that looks like Fig. 1 on the facing page. Make sure
product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as
the plug. No adaptor should be used with this product

WARNING
Risk of Fire, Injury or Electrical Shock
When using an electrical furnishing, basic precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. The roof surface is not designed for any type of load. Do not put
any objects on the roof surface. Do not drill holes in or attempt to
hang items on pod. This furnishing shall only be used in light or
ordinary hazard occupancies.
2. This furnishing shall only be used in locations with standard-
response sprinklers or quick response sprinklers.
3. When installed in accordance with installation instructions
intended foreach product, this furniture may be used beneath
sprinklers subject to approval of the "Authorities Having
Jurisdiction".
4. Only qualified electricians are to open covers and make
electrical connection from the building to the furniture.
5. Where switched outlets are installed, set these to the off
position before connection.
6. The phone booth must be connected to a 15A branch circuit
and RCD (for non US and non Canadian markets only).
7. Please read instructions before opening covers / making
electrical connection. Warning: MAX Loading - 1.41kW. Do not
overload integrated sockets.
8. Connect only computer equipment and associated peripherals
into the integrated sockets. Do not plug vacuum cleaners,
heaters/high load equipment/air conditioning units/extension
leads into sockets.
9. Under no circumstances attempt to move the phone booth once
installed. This could result in damage to the booth and make the
phone booth unsafe for use. It could also result in severe risk of
personal injury.
10. Only if authorized, personnel are to dismantle the phone booth
before attempting to move its location.
11. Not suitable for use by children.
12. Do not expose phone booth to sources of heat or flame at
any time.
