Kit Contents and Functions
• Disengage connector. A small flat bladed
screwdriver may help in disengaging the
connector's locking feature.
• Set halogen lamp aside.
3 Install wiring harness.
• Review harness connections .

• Lay out harness in engine compartment (the
longer cable end runs to the driver's side).
• Feed lamp connectors through cutout in
frame where existing halogen lamp
connectors came through.
• Connect the vehicle to the mating
connectors on the HID wire harness.
• Hook the relay package to the round opening
on the front end of the engine compartment
.

• Hook the wire harness to the rear edge of
the fan cover using the clips supplied on the
harness .

• DO NOT attach harness terminals to battery
until after installing the lamps.
4 Install Xenarc X2010 headlamp.
• Attach connector from wiring harness to
back of lamp.

• Carefully align the aiming pins for the lamp
and slowly insert lamp into housing.
i A flashlight or work light may help.
ii Be sure to slide the wiring harness and connectors
back into the opening behind the lamp to ensure
there is enough room to install the lamp.
iii It may take several attempts to engage all
three aiming pins. Make sure all three are
fully engaged or the lamp will vibrate and
may not be aimed properly.

• Once all three pins are fully inserted, press
the retainer slides back down into position to
lock the lamp into place.
5 Attach the wire harness terminals to the battery.
6 Turn lights ON and verify operation.
7 Perform initial headlamp aiming.
