7. MANAGER
7.2 TRANSACTIONS
If you press "In Progress" you will see all the active transactions (the ones
which are being delivered or ready to be delivered).
If you press "Presets" you will see all the transactions which have been
created (kept in memory) but not delivered.
In the upper left part, of this "Timeline" and "Presets" screens you will
find several options:

) refreshes the screen.

) allows to filter the transactions according to the text you insert.

) allows you to print the transactions. Once you enter this option,
you can set the dates to print the transactions.

The columns show the following information:
• First column: Number of work order that is being delivered or
ready to be delivered.
• Second column: Dispensing point (UValve or UCount)
• Third column: Product that being delivered or ready to be
delivered.
• Fourth column: It shows two numbers. The first one shows the
delivered quantity. The second one is the inserted quantity by the
user when the work order was created.
• Fifth column: It shows a progress bar.
• Sixth column: It shows the transaction date of creation.
• Seventh column: It shows who created the transaction.
• Eight column: This button cancels the delivery. That is to say, it
gives an order to the system to close the solenoid valve and it cuts
the delivery.
The columns show the following information:
• First column: Number of work order that is being delivered
or ready to be delivered.
• Second column: Product / reference that is to be delivered.
• Third column: Preset quantity that is to be delivered.
• Fourth column: Number of repetitions allowed to be used
under the work order.
• Fifth column: It shows the transaction date of creation.
• Sixth column: It shows who created the transaction.
