6.- OUT OF ORDER
The machine will go out of order when the vital systems fail. In this case, the screen will
show an error message:
ERROR MESSAGES PANEL
ERROR PROBLEM
ERROR General error due to
unexpected changes in
the program variables.
ERROR 1 Error in the program
memory.
ERROR 2 Problem in the external
RAM memory.
ERROR 3 Error in the coin selector
due to permanent signal.
ERROR 4 Error in the tickets
dispensor.
DET 1 Malfunction in the
front sensor.
DET 2 Malfunction in the
back sensor.
DET 3 Malfunction in the
claw micro up.
DET 5 Malfunction in the
left sensor.
ALER Error in the product
exit door.
BYE Error due to lack of power
supply in the 5v. source.
REAR Remains in this condition
till the carriage reaches
the start position.
Or else will show error.
BATT The machine keeps
resetting all the time.
SOLUTION
Switch the machine off and on.
Adjust power to 5,3v.
Switch the machine off and on.
Tighten all the chips of the PCB.
Replace the program memory.
Switch the machine off and on.
Adjust power to 5,3v.
Replace RAM memory.
Replace coin selector.
10 tracks flat cable in bad condition.
No tickets or jammed ticket.
Test motors plaque fuse.
Test movement of the carriage (F12).
Test condition of the sensor (F10).
Test motors plaque fuse.
Test movement of the carriage (F12).
Test condition of the sensor (F10).
Test motors plaque fuse.
Test movement of the carriage (F12).
Test condition of the sensor (F10).
Test motors plaque fuse.
Test movement of the carriage (F12).

Verify that there is not a jammed product.
Test condition of the sensor 6 (F10).
Adjust power to 5,3v.
Replace power source.
If the carriage reaches the start point, wait for
the message at the display and follow the
errors panel.
Test the power of the 12v y 5v sources.
Replace RAM.
