2. Install the Handle

Round Handle
Press the control knob onto the transfer valve stem and secure the
knob with the screw.
Carefully install the O-ring into the first groove in the control
knob. Fit the uninstalled grip ring into the second groove in the
control knob.
Turn on the water supply to the transfer valve and rotate the
control knob until water flows from only one accessory. Turn off
the water at the mixing valve.
Press the cap firmly onto the control knob so the cap detent is in
line with one of the large detents on the escutcheon.
If needed, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the inside
wall of cap to aid in assembly (a silicone capsule is included with
the hardware kit).
Lever Handle
Carefully install the O-ring into the groove in the handle
assembly.
Turn on the water supply to the transfer valve and rotate the
transfer valve stem until water flows from only one accessory.
Turn off the water at the mixing valve.
Fit the handle assembly over the valve stem so the lever handle
points to one of the large detents on the escutcheon.
