Assembly
a) Place the rollers (42.1+) into the conveyor belt (42.2+).
b) First place the left hand roller into the metal socket on the frame. Then stretch the belt
and place the other roller into the right hand sockets.(Fig. 20.1+).
c) Insert the ribbon cover (42.4+) by first of all guiding the right hand side pivots into the
slots on the frame (42.3+)(Fig. 20.1+). Then rotate the cover until it rests completely on
the frame in a horizontal position and press down until it clips into place.
d) Press down lightly on the sides of the Side Cover (42.5+) and fit it into the holes on
the left hand side of the Frame (Fig. 20.1+). Ensure that the pivots have been inserted
completely, and that the cover can rotate freely. Leave it in the vertical position.
e) Fit the PulpOut System (42+) into the machine (Fig. 20.2+). To do this, fit the left roller
onto the drive shaft on the left side of the machine. Make sure that the assembly rests
and is inserted into the pivots of the container.
f) Turn the Anti-Splash Cap (42.6+) is in a vertical position. It is possible to remove the
PulpOut System without removing the cover.
Note: This item must be in the horizontal position to mount or remove the cover.
For disassembly, follow the steps in reverse. See the Cleaning section for the correct
maintenance of the Automatic PulpOut System.

Pulp sweeper (43)
Make sure that the inner guide of the pulp sweeper is correctly mounted (Fig. 13).
You can extract or insert the pulp sweeper by turning the side catch 90º (Fig. 13).
Note: Make sure that the catch is in its closed position, so that the pulp sweeper can never
accidentally drop from the filter.
Self Service Tap (44), Self Service Tap S
To mount the Self Service tap in the container, line up the rear lug and screw the floating nut
on the rear of the tap (Fig. 3 or 3+).
Note: Remember to thread the floating nut until you can not see the thread any more. If it is
not positioned correctly, the tap sensor will not be activated.
Tap operation
You can make the tap work normally by pressing and releasing it to extract the juice
(Fig. 14 and 14+ (1)). For the SS Tap (44) the button is on the inside on the SS Tap S +plus
(44+) the button is on the outside.
You can anchor the button in "free spout" position. To this end, turn the ring with the
dotted/solid lines until the solid line coincides with the glass symbol. Release the button.
This will secure it (Fig. 14 and 14+ (2)).
To release it, just press the button again (Fig. 14 and 14+ (3)).
For daily cleaning, you can remove the upper part of the tap and the inlet spout (Fig. 14
and 14+ (4)).
The Speed S +plus Self Service Podium has a bottle support (Fig. 14+ (5)) which can be
removed by removing the two rear screws if necessary.
Detector tube gasket (46)
If required, this gasket can be removed for cleaning (Fig. 3 or 4).
Machine supplement (47)
Use this supplement to raise the machine (Fig. 3 or 3+).

Important! Never place the machine onto the supplement alone, it should always be done by
at least two people.
W Filter (48)
Optional filter with a manual pulp sweeper.
