WARRANTY

Congratulations on your purchase of this Geneo Personal product.
This product is powered by OxyGeneo technology and is subject to strict quality controls
performed by the manufacturer. Pollogen Ltd. guarantees proper functioning of your
product for the specified period outlined in this warranty. If you use the device properly
and follow all instructions outlined in this user manual, you can enjoy the product to your
ultimate satisfaction.
This policy warrants the support that Pollogen Ltd. provides for the device in the event of
failures attributable to manufacturing defects. In such case, you shall be entitled during
the warranty period to the repair and replacement of parts, free of charge (regarding both
service and parts) to the extent necessary to be able to make use of the product for its
intended use. This warranty is valid for the product marketed by Pollogen Ltd.
The warranty is not valid when -
• There are amendments in the warranty policy, sales receipt or invoice or the absence
of any of these original documents.
• There is damage or deterioration of the device due to improper use or if the device has
been modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
• There is damage of the product due to defects incurred during transportation and/
or improper handling.
• The device is not used in accordance with the respective user manual or with its
supplied accessories.
• There is partial or total damage or loss of the device, due to natural disasters (such as
earthquakes, floods, fire, lightening and so on), force majeure or accident.
• There is damage to the device after being subjected to high dust environments, The
product's serial number does not match the one in the policy or it has been amended
or erased.
• There is cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents.
